Today we are looking closer at our NEW AND IMPROVED Premium-In-Person workshop experiences- leading with our "why".
From the very beginning, we've had a clear vision for our workshops-to create beautiful, high-end experiences where quality, creativity and connection come together in a meaningful way. However, we've also worked hard to keep them accessible and budget friendly for everyone.
The challenge has been that these two goals- maintaining a high standard of quality while keeping costs low- have sometimes been in conflict. As much as we've strived to offer the best of both worlds, it's become clear that balancing these two goals has made it challenging to sustain and fully deliver the high-level service and experience we've always envisioned. The winter workshop season, in particular- requires countless hours of preparation and clean up, and with the growing demand, we've also needed to invest in additional staff to help meet expectations. While we are committed to providing the best possible experience, these factors do impact the bottom line, making it harder to maintain our energy as well as the quality and service our clients expect and deserve.
We knew there had to be a better way.
Our Premium In-Person Workshops are our way of fully stepping into our original vision. These workshops will be fewer, but more intentional and elevated in every way. You'll walk into a beautifully designed space, surrounded by premium blooms and seasonal details, and enjoy a curated lunch that enhances the experience. We will take care of all the preparation ahead of time-for instance-in the winter-no more drilling holes in pinecones, or taping berry stems to sticks. Everything will be thoughtfully arranged and ready for you to dive straight into the creative process, without the added stress of prepping materials.
At the end of the day we do know that costs are still a very real concern, even with our Premium In-Person-Workshops and we promise we will never lose sight of that. However, instead of trying to provide both, high quality and budget friendly workshops, we have curated this shift - Catering to our clients no matter what their end goal is. As we have outlined over the last few days in these emails, our new At-Home Workshop Kit options will partner with every In-Person Workshop offering here on the farm- giving you the perfect solution depending on the experience you are looking for.
This shift allows us to continue doing what we love- offering inspiring, high-quality workshops (no more paper cups)-while giving you the freedom to choose the experience that works for you.
We are looking forward to putting all these plans into motion in May when we host our first workshops here on the farm. Dates will be dropping at the start of April so be sure to stay tuned.
